The past few days have been a bit hectic! Here’s an update!

Friday: On friday, accompanied by Leah and Karen, I attended a ceremony at the town hall to sign a Declaration of Acceptance of Office. I met some of the “top brass” at the council and sorted some general clerical issues.

Saturday: I spent at the town hall sorting out my contact details.

Tuesday: Along with Karen Hayes, I attended Egremont Community Voice.(see below)

Egremont Community Voice

Tonight, along with Karen Hayes, I attended my first ECV meeting. 

The group meets on the first tuesday of the month to discuss issues local to the Egremont area. 

High on the agenda this month was crime along Rice Lane. 

It’s great to be working with people who share our passion for Liscard and Egremont….. Long may it continue!
