Roads Policing

Local Police held a ’spotlight’ day in the precinct in Liscard last week.  The theme was cycling on the pavements which was put together following several complaints about this issue.

In total, ten fixed penalty notices were issued to ‘offenders’.  Thanks to the Police who have listened to concerns and acted.  Those Police involved received very positive comments from pedestrians who were shopping that day.

Hopefully this will act as a strong deterrent to repeat offenders!
