Today, along with councillors Leah Fraser, Tony Pritchard, Chris Blakeley, Bill Duffey, Ian Lewis and Marg Kalil, I met concerned parents at Liscard Primary School.
The school’s crossing patrol is one if 18 being axed by our labour-led council.
Parents were appalled that the crossing at Liscard Primary had fallen foul of Labour and Liberal Democrat’s cuts.
Parent of three Jan Roberts said ” I’m shocked that the council have chosen to axe our crossing. Traffic is bumper to bumper most mornings.”
This evening, Leah Fraser submitted a petition to council calling on the council to stop cutting our school crossing patrols.
